The Alzheimer’s Association
The 2008 Silent Auction that The Inter/Media Foundation hosted in its office building lobby in Encino to benefit The Alzheimer’s Association generated nearly $11,000 in auction sales and donations. The leading two prizes were a football helmet signed by all of USC’s Heisman Trophy winners, which sold for the top bid of $2,000 and a signed collage of memorabilia from tennis superstars Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal, which netted $1,500. The funds were committed to helping the The Alzheimer’s Association fight the onset of dementia. |
